On the whole, it’s nice place for having fun and exploring Kailua-Kona. Good to have a walk-in shower, dryers and bath sheets in the bathroom: )

loved the modern feel of the apartment decor and furnishings, just like my own home! Excellent communication and care from the host, Jenaya. Great location and accessible to everything in Kona. Would definitely recommend to families.

We had a great stay at this modern apartment. The furnishings and colors were beautiful, and we loved the modern feel. The added extras like USB ports and charging ports were a nice touch. The pool area was also lovely. Easy parking and unloading of baggage. we felt safe and secure in this quiet apartment. Definitely recommend staying here.

I had an amazing stay at Holualoa Gardens 101! The value for money was excellent and the room was beautifully furnished and comfortable. The location was nice and quiet, away from the touristy areas, but still close enough to drive to within 5 minutes. The staff, especially Jenaya, were fantastic and took great care of us.
The only thing that could have made the breakfast better was having more variety.
